Independent research on Distributed Quantum Computing (DQC) and the Quantum Web — by Dipl. Inf. Ramon Schweiss.
Research Focus
Just as the PC and the internet once challenged the dominance of the mainframe era, Fault-Tolerant Distributed Quantum Computing (DQC) will challenge today's hyperscaler-centric model. Instead of building an ever-larger centralized quantum computer, DQC connects many smaller quantum processors via quantum-mechanical and classical channels into one scalable system.
